Return and exchange policies for Haakan Hockey products.

Return Policy

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery if you don't want them or need a different size.

Returns will be processed after we receive and inspect your item to confirm it is unused and undamaged. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once we receive your return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Return

Start Your Return

Log into your account and select the items you want to return, or contact our support team.

Print Your Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it and attach it to your package.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any carrier location or schedule a pickup. We'll include instructions with your return label.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer exchanges on all eligible orders. Simply start an exchange request and select your new size.

For the fastest exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size while returning the original item for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Gift cards

Warranty

All Haakan Hockey products come with a 30-day manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails under normal use within the warranty period, contact us for a replacement.
